Everyone is obsessed about a snatched waist. So what exactly is waist training. Whether you are thinking of waist training, already waist training or considering it; here are some myths, truths and facts you should know.
Myth 1. 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐳𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡
I hear this more than anything. Waist training will compress and damage your internal organs. When a woman is pregnant the child pushes her internal organs to make room which cannot be compared to that of waist training but no one tells a pregnant woman not to get pregnant. Ladies, waist training doesn’t do that. When you feel uncomfortable in a waist trainer, it is most likely because you have the wrong size and it’s just too tight.
Myth 2. 𝗪𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐚𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤
This is just the opposite. A well fitted corset helps align your spine and supports better posture. This is beneficial for reducing lower back pain and strengthening your core muscles.
Myth 3. 𝗪𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐥𝐚𝐳𝐲
I laugh in a slim silhouette and an aligned spine😂. Waist training is a long and arduous process that requires dedication. Waist training entails months or even years of everyday wear to get incremental gains to achieve desired results in waist size reduction.
Myth 4. 𝗪𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 /𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐝𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐧
If you have issues with portion control, waist training can encourage healthier eating habits: smaller meals among others. Added to diet and exercise, it could tremendously increase how quickly and effectively you achieve results. This is not a gainsay, waist training makes weight loss easier.
Myth 5. 𝗪𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭
The results from waist training with/without exercise are semi-permanent. This will cause the body to relax back into its original created shape without maintenance. See a customer’s testament below (one out of many).
