How do I make a Purchase?

To make a purchase, please visit each product category using the main menu, and then select your desired products, choose your size and colors and add them to cart. When you are done, you can view your cart using the Cart icon at the top right corner of the page, then select Checkout, follow the process to complete your purchase. You will be required to type in your name, email and delivery details.

 


Do I need to Create an Account to make a Purchase?

It is recommended that you create an account. Your account enables us to deliver your order and track any changes. In addition, it helps you keep tab of all purchases on our website.

 


I have forgotten my password, and now what?

You can always reset your password via the ‘My Account” link at the top of the screen and select Sign in >> Forgot your password”. You will be required to type in your username or email address.

 


What Methods of Payment are accepted?

We accept direct Bank Transfers into our Designated accounts with GTB, First Bank, and Zenith Bank; and online payments using our secured system. Customers who reside in Lagos, Nigeria can pay on delivery. Payments for International Orders: You can pay via Zelle, Paypal or use a Money Transfer Service.

 


Do you ship outside Nigeria and what is the cost and duration?

Yes we do ship to all destinations worldwide, delivery charges vary from country to country. If your country is not listed as a destination, please send an email to us for a listing.

In Nigeria, the minimum shipping charge is N1500, for Lagos only. Other states attract higher rates from 2500 to 4500. For destinations outside Nigeria, shipping fees vary depending on the quantity and your specific location. Please select your specific location at Checkout to see the rates. However, we have a some items that can be shipped at free or local rate within the US, please visit us.briefessentials.com for low / free shipping within the US. 

Packages are delivered from 1 – 7 days after shipping. Customers within Nigeria will receive their orders within 1 – 3 days all things being equal.

 


How do I return / exchange an item?

Considering the delicate nature of our items, we do not entertain returns. However there are occasions where the item shipped to a customer is a wrong item, in this situation, you may call Customer Service 09090005981 or send an email to order@briefessentials.com should you need to return any item.

 


How do I know my size?

If you are unsure of the size to purchase, we recommend you call customer service on 09090005981, or send an email to order@briefessentials.com. However, we try as much as possible to include sizing details for the products we sell. We also have comprehensive articles that address myriads of sizing issues here. Help, I am unable to find my size?

If you can’t find your size, please send an email to order@briefessentials.com, to enable us extend our sizes or to make a special request / preorder items you want.

 


Can I make a custom order?

Yes you can make a custom order, most custom orders are processed after payment or part payment is made. If you are interested in making a custom order please send us an email here.

 


How do I get a bra fitting?

We offer free bra fitting services at our Lagos office – 28A Adekunle Banjo Avenue, Magodo GRA Phase 2. If you reside outside of Lagos, please call / whatsapp on 09090005981 for a bra fitting guide. Or you can send us a private message via our social media handles and we will help you find your size. In addition, you may visit us during any of our POP Up sales event (this usually happens in different location).
