How do I return / exchange an item?

Considering the delicate nature of most of our items, we do not accept returns. However there are occasions where the item shipped to a customer is a wrong item, in this situation, you may call Customer Service 09090005981, fill out the form in the Contact Us Page or send an email to order@briefessentials.com should you need to return any item. The items must not be used, must include the product labels and in the same condition we delivered them to you before they can be accepted for an exchange.
