We are seeking a Brand and Communications Officer who will work directly with the Founder to execute strategic initiatives that grow the Brief Essentials brand. This role involves managing projects across marketing, partnerships, PR, events, and digital content. You will work closely with different departments and external partners, taking ideas from concept to implementation, helping us build deeper community connections and drive brand visibility.

- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Execute brand initiatives including product launches, CSR programs (e.g., Love That Lifts), outreach, programs, pop-up events, and more.
- Work with the founder to Plan and implement PR activities—pitch stories, write press releases, and manage media relations.
- Support digital marketing efforts such as campaigns implementation and email marketing.
- Champion and implement social media collaborations, promotions, and influencer partnerships.
- Identify partnership opportunities (schools, NGOs, brands, communities) to expand the Brief Essentials reach.
- Assist in content creation for events, campaigns, blog posts, and social media where needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams (social media, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and report on project performance and suggest improvements.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or relevant experience)
- 3-5+ years experience in brand marketing, PR, communications, event coordination, or related fields
- Strong content writing, storytelling, and digital marketing skills
- Working knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing, and PR tools
- Ability to multitask and manage projects independently
- A people person with strong interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker who can devise and execute innovative marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
