How do I make a Purchase?

To make a purchase, please visit each product category using the main menu, and then select your desired products, choose your size and colors and add them to cart. When you are done, you can view your cart using the Cart icon at the top right corner of the page, then select Checkout, follow the process to complete your purchase. You will be required to type in your name, email and delivery details. These details are used to process your orders.

Do I need to Create an Account to make a Purchase?

It is recommended that you create an account. Your account enables us to deliver your order and track any changes. In addition, it helps you keep tab of all purchases on our website.

I have forgotten my password, and now what?

You can always reset your password via the ‘My Account” link at the top of the screen and select Sign in >> Forgot your password”. You will be required to type in your username or email address.

 

How do I know my size?

If you are unsure of the size to purchase, we recommend you call customer service on 09090005981, or send an email to order@new.briefessentials.com. However, we try as much as possible to include sizing details for the products we sell. We also have comprehensive articles that address myriads of sizing issues here. Help, I am unable to find my size?

If you can’t find your size, please send an email to order@new.briefessentials.com, to enable us extend our sizes or to make a special request / preorder items you want.

How do I get a bra fitting?

We offer free bra fitting services online and at our Lagos office – 29A Adekunle Banjo Avenue, Magodo GRA Phase 2. If you reside outside of Lagos, please call / WhatsApp on 09090005981 for a bra fitting guide. Or you can send us a private message via our social media handles and we will help you find your size. In addition, you may visit us during any of our POP Up sales event (this usually happens in different locations).

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What Methods of Payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit/debit cards. If you pay with an International Card, the equivalent of that amount is charged. Direct Bank Transfers is also acceptable into our designated bank account.

Do you ship to all countries?

We ship to all destinations worldwide, delivery charges vary from country to country. If your country is not listed as a destination, please contact us.

Shipping fees vary depending on the quantity and your specific location. Please select the country at checkout to view the rate. 

Packages are delivered from 1 – 7 days after shipping. Customers within Nigeria will receive their orders within 1 – 3 days.

How do I return / exchange an item?

Considering the delicate nature of our items, we do not entertain returns. However there are occasions where the item shipped to a customer is a wrong item, in this situation, you may call Customer Service 09090005981 or send an email to order@briefessentials.com.

Can I make a custom order?
