Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to all 36 States in Nigeria. Standard delivery charge is N1000 within Lagos Metropolis. Orders outside Lagos are subject to a shipping charge of N2000 to N3500 depending on the specific State. Deliveries are done from same day - 5 days depending on the State. Standard Lingerie Wrapping Box price starts from N3000.

Returns & Replacements

We will thoroughly inspect all orders before they are shipped to you. We do hope that you are satisfied with your order. If there are discrepancies or damages, please report them to us immediately by replying the order confirmation email you received through and by filling our return form that is attached to your order on delivery. We will replace all faulty or damaged goods at no extra cost to the customer. Considering the delicate nature of what we sell, we do not entertain returns. We however have a flexible exchange policy on a number of items - these are treated as exceptional cases. Note that any return is subject to inspection, as product quality is uttermost to us. In addition, customers returning items will have to bear the cost of shipping except in situations where wrong items were delivered or in cases where goods are faulty or damaged. We currently accept deposits into GTB Bank Account - 0006673575, First Bank, Brief Essentials, 2032072648, Zenith Bank, Brief Essentials, 1014642460 . Customers in Lagos can pay Cash on Delivery. 

Viewing Orders
Returning customers can view the status of their orders by logging into their account. Your account information provides you with order history, subscriptions, completed orders, products reviews and much more. You may click here to log in to your account.

Updating Account Information
At any time you want, returning customers can update their account information, including shipping and billing addresses, manage subscriptions. We advice that you create an account when ordering for the first time rather than checking out as Guest.
